Its seems all these rappers and producers from NC tend to move to the Big Apple hoping for their big breaks. From Ski Beatz, to Petey Pablo, to J. Cole and now Kooley High, is moving to the big city of dreams the right move if you're an upcoming artist or producer from North Carolina?
It's way more opportunity in NYC for anything entertainment related. The support for arts and entertainment really isn't that strong in NC. The one big thing NYC has over NC is PRIDE. You can go anywhere on earth and find a Yankee fitted. How many places can you go to get a NC fitted? Just something to think about. Gotta bring some pride to NC.
