Stuttering Rap Flow

I don't know if you've noticed, but just like everybody hopped on the Autotuned, seems now everybody is starting to have a little chop in their flow. Lil Wayne has definitely showcased this type of flow, but with his, it seems like they're actually edited after he lays his verses down. I have nothing against it, i actually like it to tell you the truth. But i was just wondering if everybody else noticed it too. I think it all stems from the Chopped ans Screwed fascination down in Texas. Even the homie King Mez got down with it on his third verse of Everything, which i told him it came out pretty dope.
